做好新时期兽医援藏工作的几点思考——基于对西藏阿里地区兽医工作开展情况的调研

摘　　要：西藏兽医工作总体开展良好,但由于基础差、底子薄、历史欠账多,再加上当地特定的地理环境,在保障"养殖业生产安全、动物产品质量安全、公共卫生安全和生态安全"这四个安全方面面临很大压力。建议创新体制机制,加大兽医援藏工作力度;继续强化兽医基础设施建设,大力支持牛羊屠宰深加工综合产业发展;加大财政资金投入力度;加强兽医人才队伍建设,做好智力援藏工作。In general, the veterinary work in Tibet was relatively well. But due to its poor work foundation, specific geographical environment and many historical debts, the pressure of ＂the four safeties＂（including local aquaculture production safety, animal products quality and safety, public health safety and ecological safety） is still very heavy. Suggestions of innovating the veterinary system, strengthening the supporting force, strengthening the construction of infrastructure, supporting the development of cattle and sheep slaughtering processing integrated industry, enhancing investment in financial capital, strengthening the construction of veterinary personnel and doing a good job of aiding Tibet, were put forward.
