摘 要:本研究对2014年从新疆额敏县分离到的一株野鸟源H3N8亚型流感病毒A/wild bird/Xinjiang/S3525/2014(H3N8)进行了全基因序列和进化分析。序列分析显示,HA裂解位点序列为^(339)PEKQTR-GLFG^(348),为典型的低致病性禽流感病毒特征,NA基因具有6个潜在的糖基化位点,与病毒株A/mallard/Czech Republic/14333-1K/2011(H3N8)核苷酸高度同源(97.7%)。该毒株的内部基因来源较复杂,其PB1、NP基因分别与A/ruddy shell duck/Mongolia/921C2/2009(H7N1)和A/wild duck/Korea/MHC39-26/2011(H7N9)的同源性最高,其余内部基因与H2、H3、H6、H7等亚型禽流感病毒分离株同源性最高,呈现明显的异源性。除PB2基因外,其余基因片段均来源于野鸟源禽流感病毒。To study the biological characteristics of a H3N8 subtype influenza virus(AIV),an AIV A/wild bird/ Xinjiang /S3525/2014(H3N8)was isolated from wild bird in Xinjiang and subjected to sequencing analysis. The sequencing results showed that there was a HA cleavage site of ^(339)PEKQTR-GLFG^(348) in the isolate,which was a typical characteristic structure of low pathogenic AIV,and six potential glycosylation sites in the NA gene,and the nucleotide sequence was highly homologous(97.7%)with virus strain A/ mallard/Czech Republic/14333-1K/2011(H3N8). The PB1 and NP genes were highly homologous to A/ruddy shell duck/Mongolia/921C2/2009(H7N1)and A/wild duck/Korea/MHC39-26/2011(H7N9)respectively. The rest of the internal genes were highly homologous to H2、H3、H6 and H7 subtypes of AIV, showing significant heterogeneity. Except PB2 gene,the remaining gene segments were derived from AIV of wild birds.
