摘　　要：本文简要回顾分析了高校规划工作的演进及其背景,对如何进一步促进规划功能价值的实现进行分析探讨。在此基础上,结合浙江大学规划工作实务,对前后两轮五年规划的做法特点作了比较与分析。This paper briefly reviews and analyzes the evolution and backgrounds of university programming, and it also discusses how to further promote the realization of its function value. On this basis, it makes a comparison and analysis of characteristics of the practices in the two Five-Year Plans, referring to the practices of university programming in Zhejiang University.
