摘 要:为探究四川黄龙钙华地貌高寒水体中低温微生物对碳酸钙沉积的影响,该试验自黄龙钙华水体中分离到2株具有高产碳酸酐酶(CA)活力的嗜冷型菌株,在不同的初始p H值和不同的低温沉积温度下,通过测定沉积体系pH值和电导率的变化来研究菌株对碳酸钙沉积过程的影响,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对生成的碳酸钙晶体进行晶型晶貌分析。结果表明:供试菌株在不同条件下都能促进碳酸钙沉积,形成的晶体均为方解石型,但其形貌却不尽相同。尤其在初始p H值8.0,10℃低温下对碳酸钙沉积的影响最为显著。研究结果表明供试嗜冷型碳酸酐酶产生菌株能在一定程度上调控碳酸钙的沉积速率与晶体形貌结构,其结果可为探究低温下黄龙钙华的生物沉积机制提供一定的理论基础。In order to explore the effects of microorganisms on calcium carbonate formation at low temperature from cold calcified water of Huanglong,2 psychrotrophic strains were isolated from the water of Huanglong with high yield of carbonic anhydrase(CA)activity. Under the different initial p H values and different deposition temperatures,the changes of pH value and conductivity of sedimentary system were measured to study the effects of strains on the calcium carbonate deposition process. Besides,the morphology of calcium carbonate crystal producing during the experiment were analyzed by means of X ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results indicated that the strains had more influence on the morphology of calcium carbonate crystallization under the initial pH value 8 and the deposition temperature of 10 ℃. Under the different conditions calcium carbonate calcite were successfully induced,but the crystal morphology is different. The results of the study showed that the tested strains had certain regulating calcium carbonate deposition rate and the crystal structure and morphology,which can provide a theoretical basis to explore the low temperature of the biogenic theory of Huanglong travertine.
