摘 要:草甘膦农药被广泛地使用到农业产生和水域防治中,使得水环境中的农药残留带来潜在的健康危害。阿哈水库、红枫湖、百花湖是贵阳市三大饮用水源地,通过建立离子色谱法对贵阳地表水中草甘膦残留状况进行检测,对开展贵州省水环境研究具有重要意义。结果表明:草甘膦质量浓度为0.2~10 mg/L(n=5)线性范围内,物质标准曲线相关系数R^2为0.999 9。平均加标回收率(R)为0.9167%,和相对标准偏差(RSD)<5%。该方法样品前处理简便,灵敏度和准确度高,适合地表水中草甘膦的检测;在12个水样中,仅有1个水样检出,且草甘膦污染物含量均未超过国家规定的上限值。Glyphosate pesticide is widely used in agricultural production and water prevention,resulting in potential health hazard in the water environment. Aha Lake,Red Maple Lake and Baihua Lake are three drinking water sources in Guiyang.The glyphosate residue in Guiyang surface water is detected by establishing the ion chromatography,which is of great significance for the research on water environment in Guizhou Province. Results show that the correlation coefficient R-2 in the substance standard curve is 0.999 9 when the mass concentration of the glyphosate is within the linear range of 0.2-10 mg/L(n=5). The average recovery rate(R)is 0.916 7% and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is less than 5%. With simple product pretreatment,high sensitivity and accuracy,this method is suitable for the detection of glyphosate in the surface water;only a water sample in 12 water samples is detected and the content of the glyphosate pollutant does not exceed the upper limit specified by the country.
