摘 要:高新区的创新能力和对经济的引领作用得到了普遍认可,但对作为其创新能力支撑体系的高新区创新系统却缺乏深入的解析。依据生态学思想搭建出园区创新生态系统结构性投入产出指标体系,采用数据挖掘技术深入集群"黑箱"来探悉其创新能力与演化的内在机理,阐释相互之间及与高新区整体创新能力的关系。研究发现,集群创新种群生态投入与创新产出有很强的正向关系,创新环境对创新投入有很强的正向作用。根据此研究结果,高新区可结合创新生态系统内在投入因子、环境因子来差异化建设创新型高新区,对提升园区创新能力具有很强的现实意义。The strong promotion of high - tech zone's innovation ability to economic development has been recognized gen- erally, but there is short of deep understanding in innovation system of hi - tech industries development zone. This paper builds an input - output index system of innovation ecosystem in high - tech zone based on ecology thought. The paper uses data mining technology to analyze innovation capability and internal mechanism of high - tech zone^volution and find rela- tionship between them. Research shows that innovation ecological input has strong positive relationship with innovation out- put ; environment of innovation has strong positive relationship to innovation ecological input. According to the result of re- search, high -tech zone can take differentiated ways based on input factors and environment factors in innovation ecosys- tem to improve its innovation capability.
