摘　　要：目的:验证中文版神经病理性疼痛量表(Neuropathic Pain Questionnaire,NPQ)。方法:三个研究中心共入选神经病理性疼痛患者60例,伤害感受性疼痛患者60例。入选的患者自行填写中文版NPQ,必要时由经培训的研究人员为患者解释量表中的问题。使用Cronbach’s Alpha系数和Guttman分半系数评价中文版NPQ的信度。使用ROC曲线下面积、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值评价量表的内容效度。结果:入组120例患者,其中男47例,女73例。中文版NPQ量表的信度好(Cronbach’s Alpha系数为0.838,Guttman分半系数为0.818);中文版NPQ的内容效度好(ROC曲线下面积为0.985,敏感度为88.3%,特异度为98.3%,阳性预测值为98.1%,阴性预测值为89.4%)。结论:中文为母语的患者可以使用本研究验证的中文版NPQ作为神经病理性疼痛的诊断工具。Objective： To validate the Chinese version of NPQ. Methods： A total of 60 neuropathic pain patients were enrolled in the study from three centers, while the same number of the nociceptive pain patients were also recruited. The enrolled patients filled out NPQ independently. Questionnaires were explained to the patients by trained investigators if needed. Reliability（Cronbach＇s alpha coefficients and Guttman splithalf coefficients） and validity（receiver operating characteristic [ROC] curve and the area under the ROC curve, sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values） of NPQ was determined. Results： The Chinese version of NPQ had a good reliability（Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient was 0.838 and Guttman splithalf coefficient was 0.818） and content validity（the area under the ROC curve was 0.985; sensitivity 88.3%, specificity 98.3%, positive and negative predictive were 98.1% and 89.4%, respectively）. Conclusion： The Chinese version of NPQ developed and validated by this study can be used as a diagnostic tool for differentiating neuropathic pain in patients whose native language is Chinese.
