论新时期高校研究生思想政治教育体系的构建

摘　　要：当下我国高校研究生思想政治教育存在教育主体的参与度和积极性不够、教育内容和形式相对单一、教育载体和手段不够丰富、教育体制机制不够健全等不足。据此,基于系统的要素属性和内部多元主体两个维度,提出了研究生思想政治教育体系主要由教育目标、教育主体、教育内容、教育载体、教育环境等五个要素构成,并分别从五个要素对提高研究生思想政治教育工作育人效能的方法和路径进行了探讨。At present,there are some problems in the ideological and political education of college graduate students,such as the lack of educational subjects＇ participation and enthusiasm,the contents and forms of education being relatively simple,the carrier and means of education deficiency,and the educational system defection and so on.Based on two dimensions of system theory mechanism property and multivariate subjects,this paper puts forward that the ideological and political education of college graduate students is composed of five parts：the education goal,the education subject,the education content,the education carrier and the education environment.Then it analyzes the ways and methods to ensure the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the graduate students from the above five dimensions.
