摘 要:针对米粉生产企业米粉干燥时间过长、能耗较大的问题,从节能的角度出发,提出了一种节能米粉干燥系统,并以娄底市双星米粉厂为例对其进行了设计,介绍了系统的基本结构及工作流程,并对其设备进行了选型。系统在利用太阳能热泵作为热源的基础上,提出采用常温自来水对烘烤房的湿空气的进行除湿,缩短米粉的干燥时间,通过测算,该系统相对采用空气加热管式干燥系统具有较好的节能效果。In this paper, a new energy-efficient drying system of rice-flour noodles has been proposed for large energy consumption and too long time during the process of drying, and a drying system has been designed for rice producers in Loudi City,system's basic structure and working process has been introduced, and the equipment type has been selected. In the system, air source heat pump has been used to heat the air and the humidity of air will be reduced using dehumidification systems, and the system will shorten the baking time and improve energy efficiency. The analysis showed that the new drying system has better baking results and energy efficiency.
