摘　　要：基于对国内外与创新型省份建设评价相关的研究及实践现状的分析,依据逻辑模型基本思想,以陕西为例构建创新型省份建设评价指标体系,并通过面板数据对陕西创新型省份建设现状及进程进行评价,最后提出若干对策建议,为推动创新型省份建设、实施创新驱动发展战略提供参考。First,the article built the evaluation index system of innovative province by taking Shaanxi province as an example,and based on the analysis of the current situation of research and practice at home and abroad related to the evaluation of the construction of innovative province,in terms of the basic thoughts of the logical model. Then it used the panel data to evaluate the current situation and process of the construction of innovative province in Shaanxi. Finally,the article put forward some suggestions to provide the reference to promote the construction of innovative province and implement the strategy of development driven by innovation.
