展青霉素的检测与控制技术研究进展

摘　　要：展青霉素是由部分曲霉、青霉产生的有毒代谢产物,主要污染水果及其制品。文章对展青霉素的污染现状及其检测方法进行了综述,同时概述了展青霉素控制技术的最近研究进展。Patulin is a toxic metabolite produced by partial Aspergillus and Penicillium, which can mainly contaminate the fruits and their products. In this paper, the pollution status and the detection methods of patulin were reviewed. Moreover, the recent research progress of patulin control technology was summarized.
