清代云南汉族移民与普洱茶的兴盛

摘　　要：清代是云南普洱茶发展过程中一个非常重要的历史时期,云南茶叶从寂寂无闻到"知名品牌"普洱贡茶的出现,这个蜕变的过程就是在清代完成的。从大时代背景去考察,普洱茶的兴盛是清政府加强对云南的经营和管理后的一项成果,但从微观的历史过程去看,清代进入茶山的汉族移民才是普洱茶发展的关键,正是他们的技术、经营成就了天下闻名的普洱茶。Qing Dynasty is a very important historical period for the development of Yunnan Puer tea,during which the unknown Yunnan tea achieved in developing to a ＂ famous brand＂ for Puer tea. From the perspective of larger social background,Puer tea＇s flourish is an result of the Qing government＇s strengthening its administration and operation of Yunnan province; which from the perspective of a micro historical process,the development of Puer tea is mainly due to the Han immigrants to the tea mountains in Qing Dynasty,who created the world famous Puer tea with their technology and operation.
