海参的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：海参是一种珍贵的食品也是重要的海洋药物资源,其含有多种化学成分,如海参多糖、海参皂苷、多肽、胶原蛋白等,具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫力、抗氧化等药理作用。该文综述了近几年来关于海参的化学成分以及药理作用研究进展,以期能对海参的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。Sea cucumber is a kind of precious food and is also an important marine drug resources,it contains a variety of chemical ingredients,such as sea cucumber polysaccharide,sea cucumber saponins,polypeptide,collagen et al,which possess the activities of antitumour,enhancement of immunity,antioxidation,and so on. In order to provide reference for the further study and utilization of Sea Cucumber,this paper summarizes the progress in chemical composition and pharmacological functions in the past several years.
