青年人胃癌的病理特点探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨青年人胃癌的病理特点。方法回顾性分析2000年1月—2015年1月该院收治的经病理检查确诊为胃癌的76例青年患者的临床资料,对其内镜下病理特点进行分析。结果青年人胃癌早期无特殊症状,以功能性消化不良为主。44例经内镜检查的患者内镜下形态:BorrmannⅠ型6例(7.89%),Ⅱ型9例(11.84%),Ⅲ型20例(26.32%),Ⅳ型9例(11.84%)。早期胃癌7例(9.21%),进展期69例(90.79%)。组织学类型:高分化腺癌7例(9.21%),中分化腺癌12例(15.79%),低分化腺癌35例(46.05%),未分化癌10例(13.16%),黏液腺癌12例(15.79%)。结论预防胃癌需要从增强青年人防范意识入手,配合及时检查、及时就医,只有这样才能科学有效的降低发病率。Objective To study the pathological characteristics of gastric cancer in young adults. Methods The clinical data of 76 cases of young adults diagnosed as gastric cancer by pathological examination in our hospital from January 2000 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and their endoscopic pathological characteristics were analyzed. Results There was no guiding symptom of gastric cancer in the early stage in young adults and the functional dyspepsia was the main, the endoscopic presentation of 44 cases of patients undergoing endoscopic examination： BorrmannⅠtype was 6 cases（7.89%）,Borrmann Ⅱ type was 9 cases（11.84%）, Borrmann Ⅲ type was 20 cases（26.32%）, Borrmann Ⅳ type was 9 cases（11.84%）, the gastric cancer in the early stage was 7 cases（9.21%）, the gastric cancer in the progressive stage was 69cases（90.79%）, the histological types： 7 cases with well differentiated adenocarcinoma（9.21%）, 12 cases with middle differentiated adenocarcinoma（15.79%）, 35 cases with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma（46.05%）, 10 cases with undifferentiated carcinoma（13.16%）, 12 cases were mucinous adenocarcinoma（15.79%）. Conclusion We should start from strengthening the prevention consciousness in young adults to prevent the gastric cancer and cooperate with immediate examination and immediate medical attention, only in this way can we reduce the incidence of the disease scientifically and effectively.
