摘　　要：目的探讨腺苷蛋氨酸在肠癌肝转移患者化疗期间的护肝作用。方法整群选取2013年1月—2014年10月间复旦大学附属中山医院分部收治的80例肠癌肝转移欲行化疗患者随机分为两组。对照组40例采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,而试验组40例采用腺苷蛋氨酸治疗。比较两组患者肝功能、生活质量及治疗满意度的差异。结果化疗后试验组患者ALT、AST及TBil显著升高,但其显著低于同期对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗后试验组患者生活质量评分显著下降,但其显著高于同期对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗满意率为92.5%显著高于对照组72.5%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论腺苷蛋氨酸对肠癌肝转移患者化疗护肝效果显著,其能够有效改善患者肝功能,提高其生活质量,治疗满意度评价也较高,值得临床选择。Objective To investigate the effect of ademetionine on protecting the liver function in patients with intestinal cancer and hepatic metastasis during the chemotherapy. Methods From January 2013 to October 2014, 80 patients with intestinal cancer and hepatic metastasis underwent chemotherapy in Branch of Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group with 40 patients in each. Patients in the control group were treated by Polyene Phosphatidyl Choline, and those in the experimental group were treated by Ademetionine. And the liver function, quality of life and satisfaction with treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After chemotherapy, ALT, AST and TBil levels significantly increased in the experimental group, but those were much lower in the experimental group than in the control group（P0.05）. The quality of life scores decreased significantly in the experimental group after chemotherapy, but those were much higher in the experimental group than in the control group（P0.05）.The rate of satisfaction with treatment was obviously higher in the experimental group than in the control group（92.5% vs72.5%）（P0.05）. Conclusion For patients with intestinal cancer with hepatic metastasis, Ademetionine can significantly protect and improve the liver function, enhance the quality of life with high rate of satisfaction with treatment, therefore it is worthy of clinical selection.
