摘　　要：目的对腹腔镜下实施胃癌根治术的临床疗效进行分析。方法整群选择2013年1月—2014年11月前来该院进行治疗的90例胃癌患者作为研究对象,把所有患者随机分成研究组和对比组,两组各有45例患者,对比组患者给予开腹胃癌根治术治疗,研究组患者给予腹腔镜胃癌根治术治疗,治疗后对两组患者临床疗效进行记录并对比。结果研究组患者5年生存率为93.3%,对比组患者5年生存率为80%,两组间的数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜胃癌根治术对患者进行治疗,可以在很大程度上改善胃癌疾病症状,促使患者更快的康复,为患者生活质量提供保障。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods 90 cases with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 45 cases in each. The control group were treated by open radical gastrectomy, the study group were treated with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results The 5-year survival rate was much higher in the study group than that in the control group（93.3% vs 80%）, the difference in the data between the two groups was obvious（P0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for patients with gastric cancer can improve the symptoms of gastric cancer to a great extent, promote the recovery more quickly, and provide guarantee for the quality of life of patients.
