摘　　要：独立学院物流管理专业如何面对和建立应用型人才培养的转型,本文在分析了社会对物流管理人才的需求及高校人才培养存在问题的基础上,有针对性地提出了明确人才培养定位、重构课程体系和实践体系等对策。How to face the transition of talents training is very important for the logistics management major in independent colleges. This article analyzes the demands for logistics management talents and puts forward some countermeasures of confirming the mode of talents training and reconstructing the curriculum system and practice system.
