摘　　要："四个全面"的战略布局,是中国共产党十八大以来治国理政思想的集中表达。运用历史唯物主义视野分析问题,对于发展实践主体的科学认识,使"四个全面"战略布局与中国现阶段的发展实践紧密相关,并与中国梦的历史逻辑实现了辩证统一。"四个全面"的发展话语是中国共产党关于中国发展的认识在国际上的话语表达,对世界了解中国产生了积极作用。The＂Four Comprehensives＂Strategy is the full expression of China＇s national governance since the 18 th CPC National Congress. The development discourse of the ＂Four Comprehensives＂,which has the characteristics of holism and scientificalness,uses the historical materialism as a method to analyses developing problems emerging around constantly. The development discourse of the ＂Four Comprehensives＂realizes the dialectical unity with the historical logic of the Chinese Dream historically,cognitively,and theoretically. And lastly,the development discourse of the ＂Four Comprehensives＂would help us understand more about Chinese road,theory,and institution,would help us explain more powerfully about the development of China,and would help the other countries from the world understand more about the development discourse of China.
