摘 要:目的:探讨在研究生临床教学中以问题为基础教学法(PBL)结合以团队为基础教学法(TBL)的优势。方法:以新疆医科大学肿瘤学2014级三年制硕士研究生为对象,随机分成两组:试验组(PBL十TBL组)和对照组(传统教学组),每组16人,分别进行PBL+TBL和传统教学,综合评价两组的教学效果。结果:试验组综合成绩明显高于对照组。试验组学生在文献检索和阅读、与患者沟通及拓宽知识面等方面得到了极大的提高,同时更能培养团队协作精神;PBL+TBL教学更能调动学生的积极性,使教师教学相长。结论:PBL+TBL在消化肿瘤科临床教学中的运用和实施更有利于培养团队精神,提高学习效率,诱导创新思维,值得进一步实践推广。Objective:To investigate the advantage of the team-based teaching(PBL) combined with problem-based pedagogy(TBL) in the clinical-teaching for the postgraduated students. Methods:The postgraduated Students of Oncology for 2014 Xinjiang Medical University as objects. The students were randomly divided into two groups: exeperimental group (PBL+TBL group) and the tradition group, both group have sixteen students, PBL +TBL and traditional teaching methods were used respectively in the two groups, Comprehensive evaluation of teaching effect in both groups. Results The PBL+TBL group had higher scores than that of the tradition group. The PBL+TBL group got significant improvement in literature retrieval,literature reading,cmmunication with the patient and broadening the knowledge, The PBL+TBL group is better in team collaboration than the control group; PBL+TBL teaching can arouse the enthusiasm of students and in the same time teaching can benefits teachers as well as students. Conclusion:Using the team-based teaching (PBL) combined with problem-based pedagogy (TBL) is more helpful in Cultivating the team spirit,improving the learning efficiency, Inducing the innovative thinking, PBL+TBL is worthy of further promotion.
