康复新液联合金因肽保留灌肠治疗宫颈癌放疗后放射性直肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨康复新液联合金因肽保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎的临床疗效。方法：纳入2013年6月~2014年6月我院收治的100例不同程度的放射性直肠炎患者,随机分为实验组（康复新液联合金因肽保留灌肠）和对照组,治疗后进行比较。结果：实验组治愈13例,显效25例,好转5例,无效7例;对照组治愈8例,显效13例,好转11例,无效18例。两组比较P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：康复新液联合金因肽保留灌肠可提高放射性直肠炎治愈率,安全有效。Objective：to study the clinical effect of clysis therapy with Kangfuxin and Gene Time in radiation proctitis. Methods：100 cases of patients with different degree of radioactive enteritis were incloud in the study form June 2013 to June 2014. They were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group. The clinical effect of them were compared after the treatment. Results：In experimental group,13 cases were cured,25 cases were significantly effective,5 cases were improved,7 cases invalid. The effective rate was 86%; In Control group 8 cases were cured,13 cases were significantly effective,11 cases were improved,18 cases invalid.The effective rate was 64%. Difference between the two groups has statistical significancewith statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion：clysis therapy with Kangfuxin and Gene Time can improve the effective rate in treatment of radiation proctitis,and it is a safe and effective therapy.
