甘肃瑞香狼毒叶面挥发性成分的HS-SPME-GC/MS测定

摘　　要：目的研究甘肃境内瑞香狼毒的叶面挥发性成分。方法采用顶空固相微萃取技术(HS-SPME)提取,通过气质联用分析(GC-MS)对甘肃两地(兰州榆中县及武威天祝县)的瑞香狼毒地上部挥发物的主要成分进行定性研究。结果天祝瑞香狼毒挥发物中总共鉴定出35种化合物,其中主要成分为烷类、酮类、酯类、醛类和醇类。从其榆中瑞香狼毒挥发物中鉴定出19种化合物;主要成分为烷类、酮类、醛类和醇类。其中有12种化合物为两地共有。结论虽然两地的瑞香狼毒成分有较高的相似性,但是武威天祝县的瑞香狼毒含有更为丰富的挥发性成分。Objective In order to study the volatile components of Stellera chamaejasme L. in Gansu Province. Methods A head-space solid phase microextraction（ HS-SPME） method was developed for extracting the volatile compounds of S. chamaejasme from two growing locations in Gansu Province（ Yuzhong County,Lanzhou and Tianzhu County,Wuwei）. Then,the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（ GC-MS） was used to characterize the components of the volatile compounds. Results The results showed that S. chamaejasme in Tianzhu emitted 35 types of volatile compounds mainly as alkanes,ketones,esters,alcohols and aldehydes. S. chamaejasme in Yuzhong emitted 19 types of volatile compounds mainly as alkanes,ketones,alcohols,and aldehydes. There are twelve kinds of volatile compounds of S. chamaejasme were the same in two locations. Conclusion Although S. chamaejasme in two locations have a lot ingredients in common but which in Tianzhu contains more volatile components.
