腹腔镜与经腹多发性子宫肌瘤剥除术的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜和经腹多发性子宫肌瘤剥除术两种手术方式的疗效对比。方法整群选取并回顾性分析2013年6月—2015年6月期间前来该院就诊的96例多发性子宫肌瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分成对照组48例、观察组48例,其中对照组实施经腹子宫肌瘤剥除术,而观察组则实施腹腔镜下的肌瘤剥除术,然后就两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气所用时间、残瘤率以及术后相关并发症等指标进行详细对比。结果通过详细对比,观察组患者术中出血量、术后肛门排气所用时间均是显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而手术时间、残瘤率这两项则较为欠缺;通过术后相关并发症的对比,发现各种并发症中发生率两组患者差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗多发性子宫肌瘤,不仅能够节省手术时间,还能有效控制术后并发症发生率来缓解患者痛苦,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the curative effect between laparoscopic and transabdominal myomectomy in patients with multiple myomata. Methods An analysis was conducted on 96 patients with multiple myomata treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. The control group adopted the transabdominal myomectomy while the observation group adopted the laparoscopic myomectomy. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, tumor residual rate, incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared in detail. Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had much less intraoperative blood loss, and significantly earlier postoperative anal exhaust time（P〈0.05）, but the operation time and tumor residual rate was relatively deficient; the difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups was not significantly different（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For patients with multiple myomata, the laparoscopic myomectomy can relieve the patient＇s pain by shortening the operation time and effectively controlling the incidence of postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
