放射治疗在胃癌治疗中的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨和研究在胃癌治疗中运用放射治疗的临床效果。方法整群选取该院从2014年3月—2015年2月期间收治并确诊的胃癌患者110例为研究对象,并随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。临床中对其对照组的患者仅在术后采取单一的化疗,对观察组则在采用化疗的同时,再加以放射治疗。并对两组患者治疗后及其各项指标的效果进行对比。结果该研究结果显示,术后2年的观察组患者术总生存率与无瘤生存率分别为86.08%、81.41%,明显高于对照组,该两组患者的总生存率、无瘤生存率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而观察组的术后复发转移率以及毒副反应率分别为16.36%、60.01%,又明显低于对照组,该两组患者的术后复发转移率以及毒副反应率对比,亦,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后的胃癌患者运用放射治疗与化疗结合能够使术后复发率显著减少,患者生存率明显提高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of radiotherapy in the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods 110 cases confirmedly diagnosed with gastric cancer in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group. After surgery, the control group were treated with chemotherapy alone, and the observation group were treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The effects of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The results of this study showed that, the overall survival rate and disease-free survival rate within 2 years after the surgery in the observation group was 86.08% and 81.41%, respectively, which was much higher than that in the control group, respectively, with statistically significant difference（P 0.05）. The postoperative recurrence and metastasis rate and incidence of side effects was 16.36%, 60.01%, respectively,which was much lower than that in the control group, respectively, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For gastric cancer patients after surgery, postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy can significantly reduce the recurrence rate and improve the survival rate significantly, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
