腹腔镜下行结肠癌根治术对结肠癌病人的治疗价值评析

摘　　要：目的分析在腹腔镜下进行结肠癌根治术对结肠癌病人的治疗价值。方法随机选取2014年2月—2015年3月结肠癌患者50例,分为对照组和观察组,每组25例,其中对照组患者采用常规的开腹直肠癌切除术治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜结肠癌根治术进行治疗,然后对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的手术时间为(121.37±21.14)min、术中出血量为(105.23±18.27)m L、术后住院时间为(5.48±0.94)d,对照组患者的手术时间为(164.48±22.43)min、术中出血量为(137.31±18.84)m L、术后住院时间为(11.27±1.35)d,两组数据对比,观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量和术后住院时间都明显少于对照组患者,而且对照组患者的术后并发症发生率为28.00%,观察组患者的术后并发症发生率仅为4.00%,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结肠癌患者采用腹腔镜进行结肠癌根治术能够有效缩短患者的手术时间和住院时间,减少患者术中出血量,并且能够有效减少术后并发症的发生,有着非常好的疗效,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic radical operation for colon cancer. Methods 50 cases with colon cancer admitted from February 2014 to March 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group with 25 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by open resection for colon cancer, and those in the observation group were treated by laparoscopic radical operation for colon cancer. And the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the observation group had much shorter duration of procedure [（121.37 ±21.14）min vs（164.48 ±22.43）min], obviously less intraoperative blood loss [（105.23 ±18.27）m L vs（137.31±18.84）m L], much shorter postoperative length of stay[（5.48±0.94）d vs（11.27±1.35）d], significantly lower incidence of postoperative complications（4.00% vs 28.00%） with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical operation for colon cancer can effectively shorten the duration of procedure and length of stay, reduce the intraoperative blood loss and decrease the incidence of postoperative complications with good effect and promotion value.
