综合护理对糖尿病伴脑梗死患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对糖尿病伴脑梗死患者运动功能障碍及生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年3月—2013年5月在该院治疗的51例糖尿病伴脑梗死患者临床资料,按单纯随机抽样分为对照组(24例)和干预组(27例),对照组采用常规护理模式,在对照组的基础上,干预组采用综合护理模式,观察两组患者运动功能障碍及生活质量的差异性。结果治疗前,两组的上肢运动能力和下肢运动能力的Fugl-Meyer评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,干预组的上肢运动能力和下肢运动能力的Fugl-Meyer评分均优于对照组的(P<0.05);干预后,干预组独立生活能力、心理功能、社会功能、生活环境、生活质量总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对糖尿病伴脑梗死患者运动能力和生活质量的影响积极,减轻患者运动障碍,提高生活质量,有利于患者全面性康复。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the dyskinesia and quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 51 cases with diabetes and cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2013. The patients were divided into the control group（24 cases） and the intervention group（27 cases） according to the simple stochastic sampling method. Both groups were treated by the conventional nursing, in addition, the intervention group were treated by the comprehensive nursing.And the difference in the dyskinesia and quality of life of the two groups were observed. Results Before treatment, the differences in the upper limb and lower limb movement ability Fugl-Meyer scores between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the upper limb and lower limb movement ability Fugl-Meyer scores in the intervention group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. After intervention, the scores of independent viability, psychology, social function, living environment and overall scores of quality of life in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction, comprehensive nursing can positively affect the exercise performance and quality of life, reduce the dyskinesia and improve the quality of life, and it is conducive to the comprehensive rehabilitation.
