个性化护理在风湿免疫科患者护理过程中的作用价值

摘　　要：目的分析个性化护理对风湿免疫科患者的临床影响。方法 2014年10月—2015年6月整群选择该院风湿免疫科92例住院患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组46例患者,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予个性化护理;比较两组疼痛评分,焦虑及抑郁评分,护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组疼痛、焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组;观察组护理满意度达97.83%,明显高于对照组81.63%;P<0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论个性化护理对减低风湿免疫科患者疼痛程度、缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者护理满意度均具有重要意义,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of personalized nursing for patients in Department of Rheumatism and Immunology. Methods 92 cases hospitalized in the Department of Rheumatism and Immunology of our hospital from October 2014 to June 2015 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 46 cases in each according to random number table. The control group were treated by the conventional nursing, and the observation group were treated by personalized nursing. And the scores of pain, anxiety and depression, nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of pain, anxiety and depression were much lower in the observation group than in the control group, P〈0.05. The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（97.83% vs 81.63%）, P0.05. Conclusion Personalized nursing is of great significance in reducing the degree of pain, relieving anxiety and depression, and improving the level of patients＇ satisfaction with nursing, so it is worthy of popularization.
