摘 要:目的:观察肺积散对顺铂化疗肺癌小鼠造血功能及免疫功能的影响。方法:建立荷瘤小鼠模型,实验分为正常组、模型组、肺积散组、顺铂组及顺铂与肺积散联合组,每组8只。分组给药3 W,检测各组小鼠外周血细胞的变化及流式细胞仪检测CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+的数量并计算CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值。结果:肺积散对肺癌小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白、血小板均无明显影响,与顺铂联合应用组外周血白细胞和血小板较单纯顺铂组明显升高。肺积散对T淋巴细胞亚群没有明显影响,与顺铂联合应用组CD_4^+明显升高,CD_8^+明显降低,CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值明显升高。结论:肺积散可以明显改善顺铂化疗小鼠造血功能抑制及免疫功能低下。Objective: To observe the effects of Feiji San on hematopoiesig and immunologic function of mice with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy. Methods: Mice bearing lung cancer were prepared, experiment was divided into five groups, normal, model, Feiji San, cisplatin and cisplatin with Feiji San groups, 8 mice in each group. Each group was given the corresponding medicine for 3 weeks, the peripheral blood ceils and T lymphocyte subsets were determined. Results: Feiji San had no influence on peripheral blood ceils of mice with lung cancer, but Feiji San combining with cisplatin could obviously raise peripheral blood leucocyte and platelet count . Feiji San had no influence on T lymphocyte subsets of mice with lung cancer, Feiji San combining with cisplatin could obviously raise CD4+ level and reduce CDs level, recover the balance of CD4+/CDs. Conclusion: Feiji San can improve the inhibition of hematopoietic function in mice with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy, and enhance the immunity
