摘 要:民国时期,回族知识分子通过深刻反思和剖析旧式回族教育的弊端与诟病,形成了与时俱进、学以致用的新型民族教育观,他们站在国家与民族发展的高度提出了多元化回族教育体系发展的宗旨和目标,以及发展回族教育必须作好长期规划;必须注意统一组织和领导;必须符合时代需求和现实需要;必须考虑穆斯林整体与个体教育的全面均衡;必须在内容与形式上因时因地制宜;必须注重施教各环节的科学性和合理性。这一系列原则和思路,在当时的时代条件下,实属难能可贵,至今看来仍不失进步意义。During the period of the Republic of China, through profound reflection and analysis of defects and disadvantages of old education of hui nationality, Hui intellectuals group formed a new national education to keep pace with the times. Standing in the height of the state and national development, they put forward the diversified the aims and objectives of the hui nationality education system development as well as a serials of principles and ideas such as making long-term planning, forming the unified organization and leadship, meeting the needs of the times and reality, considering the balanced between Muslim overall and individual, suiting measures of educational con- tent and form to local conditions and paying attention to the scientific nature and rationality of every link of teaching. Under the condition of that time, it is commendable, yet still so far it seems progressive.
