新见明代查点囚兵公文论析——兼论明代巡检司囚兵的查点

摘　　要：新发现的重庆图书馆藏《通志》纸背文献中明弘治十三年(1500年)前后的查点囚兵公文,记录了直隶地区各巡检司旧管、新收、开除、实在囚兵的信息。本文通过缀合其中三件公文,复原并解读了此类公文的书式。认为新发现的明代查点囚兵公文,揭示了查点囚兵的工作机构,还原了查点囚兵的工作流程,反映了查点囚兵工作的具体要求和规定,有助于深化对明代查点囚兵工作的研究。Newly discovered content on the backside of papers in Tongzhi（General Annals） stored in Chongqing Library contains official documents about the checking of prisoners serving as soldiers around 1500,the 13^（th） year of Hongzhi in the Ming Dynasty.Such information about prisoner-soldiers is recorded as their supervision,recruitment,expulsion and their real numbers in Inspection Agencies in capital-directly-affiliated（Zhili） area.This paper combines three of the documents,restoring and interpreting the writing form of such official documents.These newly discovered documents help reveal and reflect the working body,the work process,the requirements and regulations involved in the check of prisoner-soldiers,and they will definitely conduce to further research on this subject.
