学校现行体育法律法规的体系构建探究

摘　　要：当前,我国学校体育法律法规建设已见雏形,但具体实施起来却遇到很大阻力,学校体育法律法规实施状况不容乐观。对学校现行体育法律法规进行了系统的梳理,从立法、执法、守法、法制监督的角度分析了学校体育法律法规实施过程中所遇到的问题,然后提出了完善学校法律法规体系、加大执行力度、依法治校和加大普法推广力度等建议。Sports laws on campus in China right now have been taking shape. The implementation of the laws yet meet resistance. It is thus less satisfied than it should be in enforcement of these laws. From perspectives of law-making,enforcement,law-abiding issues and legal supervision,this article conducts comprehensive analysis of problems in implementation of these laws currently applied on various campus,raising proposals as follows. It is of great need to perfect legal system of school sports laws and intensify the enforcement by planting into our mind the concept of managing school by laws and promoting law popularization.
