摘　　要：针对高校学风存在的新问题和提升人才培养质量的需求,为探索"教学联动"的教学模式,在宁波市某高校,从教师和学生两个方面进行了学风影响因素的调查。结果显示,学风与学生学习心态和教风的相关性最强。据此,提出教师在教学过程中用好教风带动好学风的措施建议并加以实践,取得了较好的应用效果。In order to solve the learning style problem, improve the talent cultivation quality and explore the ＂teaching linkage＂ mode, an investigation, both teacher-wise and student-wise, is carried out on the factors that affect the learning style in a certain university in Ningbo. The result indicates that the students＇ emotional quotient and the teaching style have large correlation with the learning style, which suggests that the teachers shall improve the teaching style to bring about better learning style.
