摘　　要：主要讨论了一类分子间自体磷酸化模型,通过对模型化简,证明了在小扰动下鞍结点保持的性质,并对模型进行了数值模拟.In this paper,the intermolecular autophosphorylation model is discussed and simplified. The property of the saddle node bifurcation and persistence under a small perturbation are proved. Moreover,the numerical simulations to show the solution curve are analyzed.
