摘  要:随着社会的发展,各种服务机器人不断贴近人们的生活,针对现代人工作中不良姿势导致的肌肉疼痛以及慢性疾病的治疗需求,论文通过模仿按摩师对肌肉,肌腱,韧带及关节的按摩,选用合适的材料,利用舵机实现手腕的旋转运动,利用无刷电机实现手腕弯曲运动,设计了一种可以同时进行肩部,颈部,腰部,胸部四个部位的模块化按摩机器人,通过MiniGui设计控制界面,可控制各个按摩模块的速度与角度,随身穿戴,控制方法简单,人机交互良好。With the development of the society,all kinds of service robots are close to us constantly. For the muscle pain due to the poor posture and the treatment of chronic diseases in daily life,the modular massage robot is designed by imitating massagist to massage the muscle,ligament,and the tendon. The shoulder,neck,waist,chest four parts can be massaged at the same time. Appropriate materials was selected according to specific function,the rotary motion of the wrist is realized with steering engine,the bending motion of the wrist is realized with brushless motor,the control interface is designed through Mini Gui,it can control the speed and angle of each massage module by the button and trackbar,it's wearable and easy to operate,it has good human-computer interaction.
