摘  要:论文设计了一种葡萄自动去皮机的机械结构与控制系统。该机器由转矩倍增模块、颗粒供给模块以及葡萄去皮模块组成。转矩倍增模块应用带传动机构为颗粒供给单元提供充足的转矩;颗粒供给模块利用T型槽、滑杆以及双叶瓣转子等将待处理的葡萄进行筛选与排序处理;葡萄去皮模块利用果肉与果皮分离后惯性不同的特点,通过锥形管挤压的方式完成果皮分离工作。通过步进电机与电缸的协同运动,葡萄自动去皮机能够将葡萄完整去皮,并且保护了果实的硬度和风味。论文完成了原理样机的搭建与实验,实验效果符合预期,验证了设计的正确性。The mechanical structure and control system of a grape automatic peeling machine are designed. The machine consists of increasing torque module,supplying grain module and peeling grape module. The synchronization belt-wheel is used to multiply the torque for the supplying grain module in the increasing torque module;The grape to be processed is filtered and sorted by the T slot,slider and double leaf disc rotor in the supplying grain module;the grape from the supplying grain module is pushed by the cylinder through the cone-shaped tube in the grape peeling module. The grape is peeled by the grape automatic peeling machine,and the hardness and flavor of grape is protected through the coordinated movement of step motor and electric cylinder. In this paper,the construction of the principle prototype is built,and the verification experiment is made. The experimental effect is in line with expectations,and verifies the validity of the design.
