摘 要:目的探讨测定甲硫氨酸γ-裂解酶效价的方法。方法用紫外分光光度法,以α-丁酮酸为对照品,测定波长为315 nm,测定甲硫氨酸γ-裂解酶效价。结果甲硫氨酸γ-裂解酶效价测定的回归线性方程为:y=0.003 2x+0.009 1,相关系数R2=0.999 1。平均回收率为99.85%,RDS为0.36%。结论本法准确、稳定、可靠,适合作为甲硫氨酸γ-裂解酶效价测定。OBJECTIVE To study the titer measurement method of Methionine γ-lyase( MGL). METHODS UV spectrophotometry was used,with α-Ketobutyric acid as the reference substance,and the detection wavelength was set at 315 nm.RESULTS As a result,the regression equation was: y = 0. 003 2x + 0. 009 1,and the correlation coefficient( R2) was 0. 999 1.Average recovery ratio for MGL was 99.85%,with a RSD of 0.36%. CONCLUSION Accordingly the method is accurate,stable and reliable so that it may be applied to determinate the titer of MGL.
