摘　　要：阐述精准医疗与精准化学科服务的关系,从服务对象划分、服务内容定位、服务阶段跟踪、对学科馆员素质的精准化要求几方面介绍精准化学科服务的具体实施,分析精准化学科服务的效果,指出开展精准化学科服务能够提升图书馆的价值,促进形成学科馆员与用户之间的良性互动。The paper sets forth the relationship between the precision medicine and Subject discipline service,introduces the implementation of precision subject service from the aspects of service object division,service content positioning,service stage tracking and the precision requirements on subject librarian quality,analyzes the effects of precision discipline service,and indicates that precision discipline service can enhance the value of library and promote the benign interaction between subject librarians and users.
