摘 要:通过对三得利紫花苜蓿和楚雄南苜蓿拉伸膜裹包青贮放置贮藏7个月,每个月定时取样进行营养成分测定,探究其营养成分的变化规律。结果表明:(1)在贮存过程中,苜蓿属裹包青贮pH为3.72-5,氨态氮和总氮的比值均小于5,青贮品质较佳,拉伸膜裹包青贮适宜长期保存;(2)在贮藏过程中,青贮包的营养成分发生了一定的变化,其中霉变率随着贮存时间的延长呈现出逐渐增加的趋势,在贮存6个月之后,霉变率明显升高。青贮初期粗蛋白含量高于青贮前,很可能是微生物蛋白所致,在整个贮存过程中,粗蛋白含量变化幅度较小,仅在贮存第1个月到第2月呈现少许的下降。苜蓿属不同植物半干青贮贮存过程中,粗脂肪存在一定的种间差别。且青贮过程会导致苜蓿粗脂肪的增加,可能与青贮过程中微生物的活动有关。苜蓿属半干拉伸膜青贮最佳的贮存利用时间为6个月。建议今后苜蓿属裹包青贮适当增加包膜层数和加大压实力度。Silages of Medicago sativa L.cv.Sanditi and Medicago hispida Gaertn cv.Chuxiong were wrapped with stretched film and stored for a period of 7months,wrapped silage was sampled every month and its nutrients was analyzed to determine the variation of nutrition during storage period.The results showed that during the storage of Medicago,silage pH was 3.72-5,the ratio of ammonium nitrogen to total nitrogen was less than 5,silage quality was good.Stretched film silage was suitable for long-term preservation of nutrients of Medcago.The mildewing rate increased with the increase of storage time,which increased obviously after 6months.It was probably affected by moisture,temperature,layers of the stretch film and compactness of the silage bag.Crude protein of silage was higher than before storage,which was probably affected by microbial protein.Crude protein variation during the storage period was not significant,which only decreased a little during the first month to the second month.It showed that the variation difference of EE was probably affected by species.Crude fat may increase by silage,which was probably related to the microbial activity during silage period.It was concluded that the best silage period of Medicago wrapped with stretched film was 6 months.It is suggested that layers of the wrapping and compactness of Medicago silage should be increased when making silage in the future.
