摘  要:目的对三门核电站毗邻区域甲状腺肿瘤患者细胞微核率和HPRT突变率进行调查,掌握核电站运行前的本底资料。方法用微核试验和HPRT基因突变试验对60例甲状腺肿瘤患者和60例健康成人外周血淋巴细胞进行测试。结果甲状腺肿瘤患者微核率、HPRT突变率与健康成人比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。吸烟者微核率、HPRT突变率与非吸烟者比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。健康成人中吸烟者微核率低于非吸烟者,而吸烟者HPRT突变率高于非吸烟者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段甲状腺肿瘤患者微核率和HPRT突变率与健康成人比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三门核电站毗邻区域甲状腺肿瘤患者细胞微核率和HPRT突变率处于正常水平。Objective To investigate the micronucleus rate and HPRT gene mutation rate of patients with thyroid neoplasm in adjacent area of Sanmen nuclear power plant,so as to master the background information before the operation of the nuclear power plant. Methods Peripheral blood lymphocyte cells of 60 healthy adults and 60 patients with thyroid neoplasm were detected by using micronucleus assay and HPRT gene mutation assay. Results Micronucleus rate and HPRT gene mutation rate in patients with thyroid neoplasm was slightly higher than the healthy adults,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Micronucleus rate and HPRT gene mutation rate in smoker patients with thyroid neoplasm was compared with the non smoker patients,with the difference not statistically significant( P〈0. 05); the micronucleus rate of smokers in healthy adults was lower than that of non smokers,while the HPRT mutation rate was higher than that of non smokers,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). There was no statistical significance on the difference in the micronucleus rate and HPRT mutation rate in the patients with thyroid cancer in different age groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Micronucleus rate and HPRT gene mutation rate of patients with thyroid neoplasm in adjacent area of Sanmen nuclear power plant are at a normal level.
