摘　　要：创造性疯狂是西方文学艺术领域里一个特殊的现象,它既源于真正的疯狂,也是对生活中疯狂的模仿。其目的是突破人的有限性和对外在规定性与现实的反叛,既表现出积极的一面,也带有很大的破坏性。结合国内外部分相关研究成果,从创造性疯狂与精神障碍症之间的区别与联系出发,探讨创造性疯狂作为一种艺术手段和艺术表现形式的特点、表现和意义,并结合现实对创造性疯狂的消极方面进行了一些思考。Cultivated madness is a unique phenomenon in western arts and literature. It could originate in real madness and be an imitation of it. The purpose is to transcend the finiteness of being human and rebel against external limitations and social realities. It carries both positive and negative implications. A discussion is made, on the basis of related theories and current research findings, starting with the similarities and differences between cultivated madness and real madness, about the features, representation and implication of cultivated madness in western arts and literature. A few comments are also offered on the negative side of cultivated madness.
