B7-H4和PTEN在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测B7-H4与PTEN在不同类型子宫内膜组织中的表达情况,探讨其在子宫内膜癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法收集2013年1月至2014年1月本院妇产科手术切除的子宫内膜组织标本共76例,其中子宫内膜癌标本40例,子宫内膜增生症标本21例,正常子宫内膜标本15例。采用免疫组织化学法(SP法)比较B7-H4与PTEN在各组子宫内膜组织中的表达情况。结果 1B7-H4在正常子宫内膜组织(增生期或分泌期)、增生子宫内膜组织(单纯增生或复杂增生)、不典型增生及内膜样腺癌组织中的阳性表达率呈显著递增趋势(P<0.01),而PTEN阳性表达率呈递减趋势(P<0.05),差异有显著性;2B7-H4、PTEN与子宫内膜癌病理分级及临床分级有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3B7-H4与PTEN在子宫内膜癌的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 B7-H4与PTEN的联合检测对于子宫内膜癌的早期诊断及预后判断及治疗有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the expression of B7-H4 and PTEN in various endometrial tissue and explore their relationship in the development of endometrial carcinoma. Method The expression of B7-H4 and PTEN were examined in 78 cases of endometrial tissue by means of immunohistochemical stain. Results 1The positive rates of B7-H4 in normal endometrium（ NE）,simple hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia,atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma significantly increased,but the positive rates of PTEN decreased. 2The expression of B7-H4 and PTEN in endometrial of carcinoma was related to its histopathological grading and clinical stages（ P〈0. 05）. 3The expression of B7-H4 and PTEN was negatively related in endometrial carcinoma. Conclusion The detection of B7-H4 and PTEN for the early diagnosis,the prognosis,and the treatment of endometrial carcinoma is of certain clinical significance.
