摘 要:目的采用多学科团队查房的模式,评价多学科联合查房对提高全科医师临床能力的效果,试图探索出适合培养全科医师的最佳教育教学方法。方法将56人随机分为2组。对照组的教学查房由呼吸科教师独立主持,试验组采用多学科团队查房的模式。通过问卷调查、理论知识考核、临床技能考核的形式,对MDR模式进行整体效果评价。结果在关注心理健康问题、综合全面分析、重视对患者的连续性管理、强调预防为主的理念、心理疏导、全人理念、讲授社区慢性病规范化管理知识、全科带教意识8项指标方面,多学科联合查房模式明显优于传统教学查房模式,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。试验组在社区预防、慢病管理的成绩较查房前明显提高,分别为3.8±0.5vs1.8±0.7和4.3±0.1vs2.1±0.5,P<0.01,差异有显著统计学意义。92.9%的学员认为多学科联合查房模式加强了专科与全科之间的合作;89.3%的全科学员更加喜欢多学科联合查房模式。结论多学科联合查房有助于提高全科医师临床能力。0bjective To evaluate the effect of improving the general practitioners' clinical ability by multidisciplinary rounds and try to explore the best education teaching methods suitable for cultivation of general practitioners. Methods 56 people were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group of teaching ward-round presided over by respiratory teachers' independent, experimental group using multidisciplinary rounds. Through the questionnaire survey form, theoretical knowledge and clinical skills examination to evaluate the overall effect of MDR mode. Results There were eight indicators which including mental health problems, comprehensive analysis,emphasis on the continuity of patient management, the idea of prevention first, psychological counseling, holistic concept, teaching the standardized management of community chronic disease knowledge, general teaching consciousness, multidisciplinary rounds model is superior to traditional teaching ward rounds, P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease knowledge of experimental group was improved significantly, 3.8±0.5vs1.8±0.7and 4.3±0.1vs2.1±0.5 respectively, P〈0.01. 92.9% of students think the multidisciplinary rounds mode to strengthen the cooperation between specialized and general; 89.3% of the student is more like multidisciplinary rounds. Conclusions Multidisciplinary rounds helps to improve the clinical ability of general practitioners.
