摘　　要：介绍一种小型电动装载机,该机由120 V蓄电池组提供电力,通过直流电动机驱动双联齿轮泵;采用负载传感优先功能液压转向系统;采用液压-机械式行走系统,包括液压马达、变速器及驱动桥,变速器有高、低两挡,通过行走多路阀控制前进和后退。该机低速特性好,功率利用率高,传动效率高,采用高压自动变量马达,能够根据工况改变排量,合理利用电动机功率,提高铲入物料的能力,减少轮胎打滑,降低轮胎磨损,提高轮胎的使用寿命。此外,该机还具有能量转换率高,噪声小,无废气排放,控制方便等优点,适用于仓储、车间及地下巷道等对环境要求较高的场所。It is an impact electro-pow ered loader with a 120 V battery group to drive a dual gear pum p through a DC motor. The hydraulic steering system w ith a priority function to sense under load.The travel system adopts a hydro-mechanical device including hydraulic motors,transm issions(in high and low gears) and drive axles,and the forw ard and reverse are controlled with a multi-route control valve. Therefore,its low gear has a best function with high pow er availability and high transm ission ef-ficiency. Besides,a high-pressure hy-draulic auto-variable m otor is adopted that can vary its displacement according tot the job conditions by logic using the motor's power,thus increasing its ability of shoveling and loading,while decreas-ing the wheel slippage and the tire wear but increasing the tire working life.Be-sides,its good points include high rate in energy conversion,low noise level,no exhaust,easy control,and suitable to operate in store houses,workshops,underground tunnels,etc with high re-quirem ents for the environment.no exhaust,easy control,and suitable to operate in store houses,workshops,underground tunnels,etc with high requirements for the environment.
