摘　　要：目的探讨应用多组织组合移植修复热压毁损手。方法2008年1月-2012年3月，对11例手部热压毁损患者，I期切痂创面行负压封闭引流（vacuum sealing drainage, VSD） 技术，Ⅱ期采用带足背皮瓣的第2足趾与游离股外侧皮瓣组合移植修复。结果11例患者游离皮瓣及足趾均成活。术后经3～17个月（平均9．4个月）随访，游离皮瓣质地良好，患者对疗效满意。依据中华医学会手指再造功能评定标准，再造指优良率90％。结论采用带足背皮瓣的第2趾与股前外侧皮瓣组合移植修复热压毁损手，可使患手获得良好功能。Objective To discuss heat-press injury repairation of the hand through transplantation combined with group organization. Methods From January 2008 - March 2012, 11 patients with heat- press injury of the hand were repaired; firstly cut the crust and covered the wound by VSD; lastly repaired the hand through the transplation with the second toe with belt dorsalis pedis flap and free vastus lateralis flap. Results Free flap and digit of 11 cases survived. After 3 ～ 17 months （average 9.4 months） follow-up, quahW of the free flap was good, all of the patients were satisfactory with curative effect. Thumb finger reconstruction function evaluation standard on the basis of the Chinese medical association, reengineering refers to was 90%. Conclusion Using the dorsalis pedis flap with femoral anterolateral skin flap and second toe transplantation to repair heat-press injury of the hand can make the good function of hand.
