摘　　要：文章设计了一种超低功耗、高集成度、多适应性、小型化等特点的分布式波束控制专用芯片技术,可广泛适用于机载、地面、舰载等多个平台的分布式波控系统,适用频段广。文章详细论述了该专用芯片的设计背景与目的,芯片设计技术方案与实施方式以及芯片的应用情景与设计收益。The paper introduces a distributed beam characteristics of low power consumption, high inte- gration, miniaturization, multi adaptive control chip technology. Distributed wave control system can be widely used in airborne, ground, ship borne multiple platforms, suitable for wide band. This paper discusses in detail the design background and purpose of the special chip, application scenarios and design technical scheme and implementation benefits of chip.
