摘  要:2015年,我国将在全国范围内全面启动住院医师规范化培训,针对规范化培训的教学改革引起了学者的广泛关注。随着现代信息技术的不断发展,"微课"这一新的教学模式在现代教学活动中的发挥的作用越来越突出,其短时有效的教学内容能快捷、方便、反复的获取,提高了学生学习效率和学习质量。依托规范化培训基地,将"微课"融入住院医师规范化培训,通过微视频、动漫、3D模型等方式,直观形象向住院医师讲解疾病及诊疗操作相关内容,并让住院医师参与"微课"设计、制作、学习的整个过程,能够提高住院医师规范化培训的效果、缓解医患矛盾、丰富医学大数据。本文就"微课"在住院医师规范化培训中的几点想法与同行共享。Across China, the standardized training of residents will be carried out in 2015, and the educational reform about it attracts the wide concern. With the rapid development of modern information technology, the micro-lecture plays a role in the teaching activities is becoming more and more outstanding. The short and efficient teaching content of micro-lecture can be downloaded rapidly, expediently, and repeatedly, which improve the learning efficiency and quality. Application of micro-lecture in the standardized training of residents in the practicing base is feasible. Micro-lecture introduces the contents about disease and operation intuitively by micro-video,cartoon, and 3D model. Active participation in the whole process of micro-lecture can gradually improve efficiency of the standardized training, alleviate medicine trouble contradiction, and increase medical data. Here, we share some thoughts on micro-lecture in the standardized training of residents with our counterparts.
