射频消融术治疗肝癌的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨在超声下对肝癌患者射频消融治疗的效果及围手术期护理。方法对36例肝癌患者在射频消融治疗中运用循证护理。认真做好术前准备,了解病情、病史,积极纠正肝功能及凝血功能异常。给患者多方面、全方位的有效护理,促进患者康复。结果经过治疗和围手术期的护理,36例患者无1例发生严重并发症,临床症状均有改善,AFP转阴,或下降明显,肿瘤较前缩小,肿瘤周围血流消失。结论超声下射频消融治疗肝癌效果肯定,创伤小,而围手术期的护理是手术成功的重要环节。Objective To investigate the effect and nursing care in perioperative period of radiofrequency ablation in patients with liver cancer. Methods The 36 cases of liver cancer patients using the evidence- based nursing in the radiofrequency ablation treatment. The preoperative preparation,earnestly know illness,medical history,correction of liver function and blood coagulation dysfunction. Many aspects,a full range of effective nursing to patients,promote patients recover. Results After the treatment and nursing in perioperative period,the clinical symptoms of 36 patients were improved with no complications occurred in 1 case,the AFP came to be negative,or decreased significantly,the tumors were smaller than before,and the blood flow around the tumor disappeared. Conclusion The treatment of liver cancer with radiofrequency ablation under ultrasound is sure to be effective,with small trauma,and the perioperative nursing is an important part of the success of the operation.
