摘  要:老年医学住院医师规范化培训对于提升老年医学住院医师的临床技能水平及提高医疗质量发挥着重要作用。老年医学住院医师规范化培训是培养高素质老年医学人才的基础,同时也是培养优秀医师的有效途径。针对目前老年医学住院医师规范化培训中存在一些问题,例如参加培训的住院医师对规范化培训有抵触心理、基地医院培训水平和质量有待提高、培训基地忽视对住院医师综合能力的培养等,提出了一系列措施,包括建立有效的激励和约束机制、完善老年医学住院医师规范化培训制度以及注重老年医学住院医师综合能力、医患沟通能力和团队合作精神的培养等相应的对策。Standardized training of resident physicians plays an important role in improving the clinical skills and medical quality. The standardized training of resident physicians in geriatric medicine is the basis of high quality medical talents, and also is an effective way to cultivate excellent doctors. This paper aims to summarize the problems such as the resident physicians have a psychological conflict in the standardization of training, the level and quality of training bases need to be improved and the training bases neglect the comprehensive ability training of resident physicians. This paper also proposes several solutions of standardized training of geriatric resident physician such as establishing effective incentive and restraint mechanisms, improving the standardized training system and strengthening the comprehensive ability, doctor-patient communication skills and team work spirit of the resident physicians.
