摘  要:目的:研究全身振动训练对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤(ACL)重建术后患者下肢肌力和运动控制的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准的40例前交叉韧带损伤重建术后患者为研究对象,所有患者术后12周进行常规康复训练。第13周开始将患者用数字法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组20例。对照组继续给予常规康复训练,试验组在对照组的基础上,加入每天1次,每次10min,每周5次,持续4周的全身振动训练。两组患者第12周和第16周,均进行等速肌力测试训练系统膝关节屈伸肌群的峰力矩、拮抗肌比值检测和动态平衡仪中本体感觉评估。结果:1两组患者膝关节屈伸峰力矩,治疗前后和治疗后组间对比均有显著性差异(P<0.05);2两组患者动态平衡测试的平均轨迹误差值,治疗前后和治疗后组间对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:全身振动训练能够促进ACL重建术后患者的下肢肌力和运动控制的恢复。Objective: To compare the effects of whole-body vibration training(WBVT) with conventional training(CT)program on strength and motor control of lower limb after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction.Method: Forty patients with ACL reconstruction were randomly divided into WBVT group or CT group. The two groups were treated with the conventional training immediately after ACL- reconstruction for 12 weeks,since the 13 th week after ACL reconstruction, the patients in WBVT group were treated with CT program added WBVT 10 min per day for 4 weeks. The motor control function was measured with balance system; the peak torque of knee flexion and extension and the antagonistic muscle ratio were measured by ISOMED2000pre-intervention and post-intervention at the 12 th and 16 th week.Result: 1 The pre-intervention and post-intervention peak torque of knee flexion and extension had significant difference, the peak torque between the two groups after treating also had significant difference(P〈0.05). 2The pre-intervention and post-intervention average trace error(ATE) in dynamic balance test had significant difference, the ATE between the two groups after treating also had significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion: WBVT can improve the strength of knee and the lower limb motor control function of patients with ACL reconstruction.
