摘  要:为探究不同规格、不同工作状态钢丝软轴摩擦力的计算公式,首先通过实验,测出在不同长度l、不同直径d和不同曲率半径ρ条件下摩擦力f的大小,然后根据实验数据,运用LS(Least Square,即最小二乘法),推导出软轴摩擦力f与l、d及曲率ρ的函数关系表达式,并利用PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization,即粒子群算法)对公式进行了修正,提高公式的精度。研究结果表明:芯轴的直径、长度及曲率半径均对软轴的摩擦力大小产生影响,是一种非线性关系,即摩擦力f的大小与长度l、直径d及曲率半径ρ成指数关系。该公式应用于大直径和中直径软轴的计算平均计算误差率为3.04%,符合计算精度要求。To explore a formula of flexible shaft friction force under different conditions of specifications and working states,experiments were finished during different kinds of length l,different kinds of diameter d and different kinds of radius of curvature rho to measure the value of friction force f. According to the experimental data,LS( Least Square) was used to deduce a function expression among the value of soft shaft friction force f and l,d,ρ. And PSO( Particle Swarm Optimization) was used to amend the formula to improve the accuracy of the formula. The results showed that: diameter of the spindle,length and radius of curvature affected the value of soft shaft friction mostly,and it was a nonlinear relationship. In other words,it was a exponential relationship between the value of friction force f and length l,diameter d,curvature radius of ρ. Error rate of the formula that was used in the large diameter and average soft shaft diameter was 3.04%,which was conformed to the requirements of calculation precision.
