摘　　要：以石英加计伺服电路的性能退化参数为研究对象,提出了两种基于伪失效寿命和基于性能退化量分布的加速退化数据处理方法;并通过实例说明这两种方法在实际中的具体应用,为石英加计的可靠性状态监测及评估提供了支撑。Taking the performance degradation parameter of the servo circuit of quartz flexible accelerometer as research object, two kinds of accelerated degradation data processing methods based on pseudo-failure lifetime and performance degradation distribution are put forward, and the practical application of these two methods are illustrated by an example, which provides support for the monitoring and evaluation of the reliability of quartz flexible accelerometer.
